Please note our cancellation policy for all orders placed using our website/app:
1. Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Since Japam typically dispatches orders within 24 hours of placement, customers must raise a cancellation request as early as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, no cancellation request will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be raised through Japam Sevak, our customer support assistant. No cancellations will be processed through any other channel.
3. Cancellation Terms by Payment Type
a) Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the customer will receive a store credit code equivalent to the full amount paid. This code can be applied to any future order on our website.
b) COD Orders with Partial Prepayment (Deposit): If a COD order requires a partial upfront deposit and the customer cancels the order, the deposit amount is non-refundable. No credit or compensation will be provided for the deposited amount.
c) COD Orders with No Deposit: If a COD order has no deposit component, there are no cancellation charges. The order can be cancelled freely before dispatch at no cost to the customer.
4. Cancellation Charges
Please note we don't charge any cancellation charges when an order is eligible to be cancelled and is cancelled successfully.
