We offer free delivery on all orders over ₹299. We pay from our pocket for getting the product delivered to you. In fact, we lose a lot of money if your delivery doesn't happen and the product is returned to us.
So when you place your order, please provide complete address and accept the order when the courier partner comes for delivery.
- Each gemstone piece is crafted with utmost care, and since it is prepared individually, dispatch timelines may vary.
- Rings and pendants are usually dispatched within 10–14 days.
- Loose gemstones are dispatched within 5-7 days.

Returns & Replacement

At Japam, every gemstone is thoughtfully prepared with care and intention. Since most pieces are made-to-order and customised, specific conditions apply to cancellations, replacements, and refunds.
For Rings & Pendants
Manufacturing begins by the next day your order is placed. Therefore:
- Within 24 hours of placing your order
→ Eligible for a full refund, no deductions. - After 24 hours
→ A deduction of ₹800 will be applied to cover initial crafting and processing costs. - After order is shipped
→ A deduction of ₹2,000 will be applied towards manufacturing, restocking, and insured shipping charges already incurred.
(Applicable for RTO and undelivered shipments as well.)
For Loose Gemstones
Loose gemstones are typically dispatched within 24 hours:
- Within 24 hours of placing your order
→ Eligible for a full refund, no deductions. - Before shipment (post 24 hours)
→ Eligible for a full refund, no deductions. - After order is shipped
→ A deduction of ₹1,100 will be applied towards insured shipping costs.

Replacement Policy
We do not offer returns as a standard practice. However, in rare cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects, we will provide a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
